Bylaw 1659-21 would provide for the rezoning of the NW 9-39-19W4M from the Agricultural (A) Land Use District to the Industrial (I) District.

A straw and waste wood based 300k/yr Pellet Mill.

Possible production of first pellets as early as fall 2021.
